Patricia Wilson is a seasoned administrative and financial professional with over two decades of diverse experience spanning government, private sector, and nonprofit roles. Known for her adaptability, initiative, and exceptional organizational skills, Patricia has built a career rooted in service excellence, strategic coordination, and operational efficiency.

Her extensive tenure with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) saw her rise through various administrative and executive assistant roles, culminating in her position as an Administrative Officer (AS-03) in the Markets & Industry Services Branch. There, she led branch-wide budget coordination, provided strategic HR and staffing advice, and developed training programs and tools to streamline financial reporting and administrative processes. Patricia also played a pivotal role in executive support, briefing coordination, and interdepartmental liaison work, consistently ensuring high standards of communication and compliance.

In addition to her federal service, Patricia was an administrative assistant during COVID at the vaccine clinics in Renfrew County, supervised a local polling station during the federal election and electronically registered the votes at a local polling station during the provincial election.

For the past 4 years, Patricia has worked at Eagle Tax Services doing personal taxes, including small and medium business, farms and rental properties. She also netfiled GST reports and provided a bookkeeping service for clients.

Patricia’s early career includes impactful roles in journalism, publishing, and credit management, where she honed her skills in communication, client relations, and financial oversight. She is proficient in a wide range of software platforms including SAP, QuickBooks, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite, and holds certifications in health and safety, accessibility, and cybersecurity.

A committed community leader, Patricia has volunteered extensively with the Kars Fair, GCWCC, and the Kars Community Recreation Association, taking on leadership roles in event planning, fundraising, and community engagement.
